Open to all levels, Power Vinyasa links breath to movement with a focus on endurance, balance, core strength, flexibility, and restoration. This class is fully guided, omitting the “Flow On Your Own” portion found in our WeFlowHard® Vinyasa. We will counter that work with a restorative cool down and savasana rest. Come prepared to flow, sweat and deepen your practice.
