Open to all levels, Power Vinyasa links breath to movement with a focus on endurance, balance, core strength, flexibility, and restoration. This class is fully guided, omitting the “Flow On Your Own” portion found in our WeFlowHard® Vinyasa. Come prepared to flow, sweat and deepen your practice.
Throughout this practice, we will prepare your mind and body to flow into your peak pose, handstands. We will focus on the foundation, structure and alignment of each posture, while engaging and strengthening the key muscles that support your handstand practice.
