Classes are open to all levels, however the Slow Burn vinyasa format is recommended for anyone looking to focus on the foundation, structure and alignment of each posture. Throughout this practice, you will focus on engaging your key muscles to go deeper into the poses and prepare your mind and body for a challenging peak posture. The Slow Burn vinyasa class is fully-guided and omits the “Flow On Your Own” portion of class.
