Open to all levels, Power Vinyasa links breath to movement with a focus on endurance, balance, core strength, flexibility, and restoration. We'll work on the foundation, structure and alignment of postures to help support your Crow practice. This class is fully guided, omitting the “Flow On Your Own” portion found in our WeFlowHard® Vinyasa. Come prepared to flow, sweat and deepen your practice.
