This vinyasa flow is open to all levels. Vinyasa is a mindful practice linking breath and movement to help you flow through each posture with intention. Throughout this practice, we will prepare your mind and body to flow into your peak pose, handstands. We will focus on the foundation, structure and alignment of each posture, while engaging and strengthening the key muscles that support your handstand practice.
